California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
This California Privacy Notice supplements the Privacy Policy for DebtCompanyReviews.com (the "Site") and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. It describes our collection, use, disclosure, and sharing of personal information subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA").
We operate as a debt consolidation and loan option comparison publisher; this notice explains how the personal information relevant to that service model is handled for California residents.

We do not knowingly collect or disclose sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation, financial account logins, or government-issued identifiers) except where you voluntarily provide limited details to complete a request. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by the CCPA.
2. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice and in our Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. When personal information is no longer required, we delete it or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law.
3. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may "share" certain identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, and inferences with advertising and analytics partners to deliver cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of this sharing at any time by emailing privacy@debtcompanyreviews.com with the subject line "California Privacy Opt-Out" or by using an opt-out preference signal supported by your browser. When we recognize a valid opt-out preference signal (such as the Global Privacy Control), we will treat it as a request to opt out of selling or sharing for the specific browser or device.
4. Your California Privacy Rights
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the following rights:

- Right to delete personal information we have collected about you.

5. How to Submit a Request

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, or inform you of the need for additional time. We may request information necessary to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

You may authorize an agent to exercise your rights on your behalf if the agent provides proof of authorization and we can verify both your identity and the agent's authority. 6. Minors
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If you believe we have collected personal information from a minor under 16, please contact us so that we can investigate and delete the information if required.

We may update this California Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, provide additional notice as required by law.
